About Bobbi+Mike:
If you’ve ever met bobbi+mike, you know that a few sentences just aren’t going to cut it. With personalities that are sometimes funny, sometimes lovey, and always genuine — bobbi+mike would say they are making friends, not growing a client base. Five years ago, they left promising design and aviation careers to pursue their shared love of photography. Their easy-going, energetic approach and memorable brand quickly attracted a loyal following. And they haven’t let up since. Whether it’s documenting the tender embrace of father and daughter or getting down on the dance floor with Grandma, bobbi+mike have continued to prove that getting the perfect shot does not have to come at the expense of everyone having a good time.
About the presentation:
Bobbi+mike share what they consider to be the root of their success – how a relaxed, down-to-earth relationship with their clients allows everyone to enjoy their session as much as they do the photos that are taken.

About Jenny:
Jenny believes in self-expression, love and laughing your ass off. See also: high kicks.
She began her career as a photographer in 1999 shooting music & events for Seattle’s alternative weekly papers. After covering a spatter of weddings from 2001-2004, she decided to refocus her business on unions and families. Although covering a spatter of weddings from 2001-2004, she decided to refocus her business on unions and families. Although her approach is documentary in nature, she isn’t afraid to move a coke can or serenade a grandpa if it allows her to get a better image. She’s been published and awarded but cares more about what you think, so judge her work for yourself.

About James:
Who am I? I’m a country boy living in a big city called Sydney and am married to a beautiful lady named Catherine. I’m also a wedding photographer.
I’ve been photographing full time for 7 years, but started photographing weddings at the age of 18. (now 27) In that time, I’ve photographed weddings in various parts of the world (USA, Canada, U.K, Indonesia) in a style that is distinct, yet impossible to pin down.
I’ve won a few awards yet one of the biggest accomplishments I’ve made is to completely pack up my business and set it up in Australia’s busiest city and go from having almost no work to being completely booked out in 12 months.
About the presentation:
In my presentation I will take you on a journey that will take you along the 11 year ride since I did my first paid job and will share with you the things I learnt along the way which I wished I’d been taught in the beginning.

In early 2009, Brian immigrated to Canada from his home country of South Africa. One year later, he stumbled upon a patinated SLR in a friend’s garage. An addiction was sparked.
Engrossed by this newfound world of visual storytelling, Brian embarked on his mission to become a photographer. Now 20, Brian runs a successful wedding photography business out of Victoria, BC and travels internationally for work and personal projects.
Highlights from Brian’s short but explosive career include Grand Prize in the International Teen Photo Contest, 3rd place in Bride.ca‘s Best Engagement Photo of the Year, and the rapid amalgamation of a devout fan base.
Brian is a sucker for love, a photojournalist at heart, and strives to capture the chemistry between couples during one of the most important events of their lives.
