I was born and raised in Hamilton, and after working a couple of years in an industry I didn’t love, I made the jump in 2012 to chase my dream and haven’t looked back! I graduated with Honours from the Creative Photography : Still + Motion Program at Mohawk College in 2014 and am more in love with this dream job than the day I started!
My favourite thing to do is laugh, followed closely by strolling through antique shops, catching up with friends, and travelling around the world or just around the corner. I’m equally as comfortable grabbing a coffee at the cutest shop in town or catching the game over nachos and beer. I’ve got a killer vintage camera collection, and have a hard time turning down any new additions.
I love to reminisce and hear stories from the past as much as I love making new ones to cherish. My favourite parts of a wedding day lie in the little moments and traditions special to each couple. Welling up during a father-daughter dance or heartfelt speech is a classic move of mine, as it’s during those times I am constantly reminded how lucky I am to join people on one of the happiest days of their lives to tell their stories.
At every wedding I join, I pursue those moments that you didn’t think I could catch; and those same ones you are so thankful that I did. I love the moments that make you, you – and the ones you are so excited to share or show off.
